Born: 2 December 1941 • Baghbanpura, Lahore
Born on the 14th full-moon night of 2 December 1941 into the devout home of Hazrat Ghulam Muhammad (R.A.), a tailor of deep contentment and piety who maintained the continuous practice of reciting Panj Surah after Fajr and Nawafil for Hazrat Uwais Qarni (R.A.).
Completed high school in Baghbanpura, studied Pre-Engineering at Islamia College Railway Road Lahore, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of the Punjab as well as Fazil Persian. Served honorably in the Accountant General (A.G.) Office Lahore.
During Hajj in 1970, he received the holy allegiance (Bay'ah) from Qibla Hazrat Zia-ud-Din Muhajir Madni (R.A.)—the senior Khalifa of Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi—in Medina Munawwarah opposite the Prophet's Mosque.
Underwent 35 uninterrupted years of spiritual training with Hazrat Sufi Siddique Al-Refai (R.A.) in Lahore, mastering the inner realities of Faqr and spiritual governance.
Located at Mominpura Sharif near Quaid-e-Azam Interchange, Ring Road, Lahore, the Astana continues under the leadership of Sahibzada Sajjad Haider Qadri, hosting monthly Gyarveen Shareef and serving humanity.
